Welcome to Stonehenge Moto

If you said to me two years ago that I'd be writing my first blog for my motorcycle tour company I'd have never have believed you. Firstly I’ve never been much of a writer and secondly me setting up a motorcycle tour company; I'd never be able to do that. But after planning and running motorbike tours both in the UK and abroad for friends and family with everyone of them saying That I have a brilliant knack for them I started looking into it some more. It was when I started speaking to other bikers who didn't tour asking them why a lot of the response was that it was too difficult or hard for them to plan it. I was gob-smacked that people were missing out on what I thought was the best part of motorcycling, taking your bike and going off on an adventure exploring new places. Hence Stonehenge Moto was born.

I'd love to say that it's already to go and I can start filling up the calender with wonderful trips to beautiful roads but alas I'm not at that stage. I'm currently in the stage of perfecting routes, finding the best hotels, the interesting places to stop. Aka the fun bits if you ask me. But whilst I'd be happy to take family and friends along on untried routes I would not want you to put your money down on it. When you come along I want to know that you are going to have the best time, going to see the best roads, going to come away with a grin on your face, riding round every corner going 'wow'! As such we are probably about two years away from opening up bookings but that does not mean that I am going let this website sit. I'm going to be frequently updating the blog with motorcycle touring bits and bobs to assist those of you perhaps going on your first tours or ideas you might not have though about for the more experienced of you.

I've got two tours planned for this year already with a trip to Europe in a months time and a trip to Scotland in September. I'll be giving updates from those on here telling you how I get on and what parts are likely to make it into a future trip so please check back for those. I'll be updating the social media channels with photos and videos of various bike things as well.  In the meantime if you have any ideas or questions then please let me know using the contact us page.

Speak to you soon but have a safe ride.
